Shipment status

status and statusLabel are returned as a pair and describe the current shipment state. The table below lists each pair. An unlisted status returns statusLabel UNKNOWN.

statusTrack is the carrier substatus. Values are listed below.

status

0	ACTIVE	The tracking exists. The timeline is not available yet.
1	DELIVERED	The shipment was delivered.
2	CANCELED	The tracking was canceled.
3	TRANSIT	The shipment is on the way.
4	PENDING	The carrier lookup is still running.
5	ALERT	The shipment has a problem, such as a return, damage, or loss.
6	NOTFOUND	Older trackings may still return this. New trackings use PENDING.
7	PRE_ONLINE	The carrier has the label, and the shipment has not started moving. Common for USPS.
8	RETURN_DELIVERED	The return shipment was delivered.
9	ERROR	Older trackings may still return this. New trackings use ALERT.
10	RETURN_INTRANSIT	The return shipment is on the way.

statusTrack

• inforeceived

  The carrier has the shipment information and has not picked it up.

• transit

  The shipment is moving between facilities.

• pickup

  Out for delivery, or waiting to be picked up.

• undelivered

  A delivery attempt did not succeed.

• delivered

  The shipment was delivered.

• notfound

  The carrier has no information for this number yet.

• exception

  Returned, damaged, lost, or another problem.

• expired

  No new scan for 30 days.

• pending

  The lookup has not finished.
